At Canine Support, we're passionate about positive, reward-based training that builds a strong bond between you and your furry friend. Our trainers are dedicated to creating the best possible learning experience for both you and your dog. However, a dog's training success ultimately depends on your commitment, consistency, and active participation in the process. While our trainers will do everything they can to guide you, we cannot guarantee specific results despite our best efforts.

Participation Disclaimer:

Canine Support reserves the right to refuse service to any dog or owner at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, concerns about behaviour, health, or other factors that could impact the safety and effectiveness of training.

Advice Not Given: The Programme instructor is not qualified to provide medical, nutritional or veterinary advice and the information they provide is not intended as such.
The Tellington TTouch Method is a useful supplement to veterinary care, and it should never be substituted for the professional skills of your vet.

Understanding Training Risks:

Both private and group training sessions involve inherent risks. Dogs can sometimes act unpredictably, even with careful handling. To ensure everyone's safety, it is crucial to be completely honest and transparent about your dog's potential for aggression towards people, other dogs, or animals. This includes disclosing any information about past aggression, regardless of the cause.

Your safety is your first priority, and working with animals involves an element of risk. Judgment is required when applying this method in specific situations. Users of the Tellington TTouch techniques shown assume all risks in the implementation and application. Canine Support and Katharine Brunsch will not be, under any circumstance, legally liable or responsible for what you do.

TTouch Groundwork Safety: TTouch Groundwork equipment and Free Work equipment may pose a trip hazard when using or transitioning between exercises. Minor injuries for you or your dog may occur during TTouch Groundwork exercises, even when using equipment correctly. Our instructors will always prioritise safety and provide clear guidance.

Code of Practice:

At Canine Support, we believe in fostering happy, healthy relationships between dogs and their owners. Animal welfare and positive reinforcement are at the core of our training methods. We focus on building a strong bond and mutual respect between you and your furry friend, with trust at the heart of everything we do. This approach avoids the use of aversive techniques such as shock collars, choke chains, prong collars, choke or slip leads, physical punishment, anti-bark devices, or fear-based training methods. Creating a supportive community is also important to us. If any member advocates for the use of these aversive methods, we kindly ask them to find alternative resources and remove them from any groups, as their approach does not align with our positive training philosophy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

In-Person Workshop:
If you register for an in-person workshop and realise it's not the right fit for your dog within 24 hours of booking, we'll gladly offer a refund minus a small 10% administrative fee. This 24-hour grace period doesn't apply if you register within 48 hours of the workshop start time. In this case, we are unable to offer refunds or swaps for other services.

Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen personal circumstances that prevent you from attending, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may be able to offer a partial refund.

Online Courses:
All of our self-study online dog training courses and live support training programmes (including Help! My Dog is Reactive, Understanding Your Dog, Foundation Training Skills, Free Work, The Human End of the Lead, Creating Successful Walks, Loose Lead and Connection, The Happy Muzzle Dog, Fear of Fireworks (including self-study packages) and Introduction to Tellington TTouch and Body Work for dogs and their guardians, and any bundle packages are protected by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
For live programmes (Introduction to Tellington TTouch and Body Work for dogs and their guardians, Fear of Fireworks, and The Happy Muzzle Dog), this guarantee starts from the date of the first live coaching session, not from the date of purchase. A refund is not possible before the programme starts or after the guarantee has ended.
For online courses provided as part of in-person one-to-one training sessions, refunds are not available as they are provided as part of the in-person training.

We're confident our dog training programs can help you achieve positive results. However, we understand that sometimes things go differently than planned. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
What Does This Mean? If you're not satisfied with the program's effectiveness in helping you train your dog, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a refund:
Self-Study Programs: You must submit video evidence of yourself practising at least one training game from each program module.
Live Programs: You must have attended (or watched the replay) of at least two live sessions.
In addition, you'll need to explain why the program has not been effective for you. This feedback helps us continually improve our offerings.
Please note: Upon receiving a refund, access to all training materials and the private member community will be revoked.
